How to Download

Please note that since technology varies widely these days, we are unable to assist with any technical support.

That said, here are a few options/tips for you to try if you are experiencing any difficulties:

• Your mobile device may not allow for downloading files through a link. Try switching to a laptop or desktop computer.
• When you download the file, it will likely go into your Downloads folder, or wherever you have directed downloads to end up.
• Some products will be sent as a compressed .zip file and will need to be extracted. Some programs/apps for this allow you to then select where the file will end up.
• All files will be delivered in a PDF format. You may need to get a PDF reader so that you can view/print them. If you need a PDF reader, you can get one for free here.
